Another effective technique is to use size 12 Wellingtons, or "Wellies" as
they are popularly known down-under. A good stomp around on a dewy night
with a full moon and you dont have too many of the critters left in your
vegetable patch. This is not for the faint-hearted, I leave this to my
wife - thank you Dianne :) The magpies and blackbirds have a feast early
the next morning so no mess to clean up. Highly recommended.
