This is a 144pp paperback, set out rather in "Compendium" style, with
many hundreds of good-quality images of living marine molluscs from
New Zealand, Australia, Japan-Micronesia, Seychelles-Maldives,
Indonesia-Malaysia, Philippines-Solomons and general SW Pacific. I
bought my copy from Naturama in Italy, cost ¤45.00 (rather expensive,
but you won't find a better book of living molluscs). The taxonomy
isn't the best, but that's to be expected. There is little but the
most basic text; the pictures speak for themselves.

Okutani's 2000 work "Marine Mollusks in Japan" also has quite a few
images of living animals, but this is an expensive book.
