I have heard this comment once before (don't recall where). Has anyone
attempted to create a list of errors, corrections, etc.?

As an editor of a book (there were three of us), I placed an e-mail
address in the front of the book where errors could be reported. The
editors and contributors found a few errors after we went to press. We
will correct them in a future edition. None required an immediate listing
of errata. I am sure that Qi would like to hear about discrepancies, at
the least mention of them on a forum like Conch-l would allow annotation
of books already purchased.
