Echinoderm ossicle, I think. Not a crinoid columnal, but if it's
Paleozoic it might possibly that of a blastoid or cystoid; I'm not
familiar with the scultpure on the articulating faces of the latter
two. The other fossils in the rock aoppear to be brachiopods, as
Allen suggests.
