It would seem possible that the delineation between Haiti and the Dominican
Republic was unclear to Rolle, as both nations comprise the island of
Hispaniola.

Sorry for referring to Jamaica in my earlier email, I don't know how that
happened!

Dominican Republic species has turned up in the Haitian material
collected by Rolle and described by Maltzan. I am wondering if there
was a later mixup of labels if Rolle did not indeed collect in the DR.
