Dear Andrew,
That is the Pacific side. Around Gubernadora and Cebaco Islands. I was wondering if that is a somewhat local ban. In the US there are places where one can not collect live mollusks for study (you can collect them to eat if they are listed as such) and many other places where you can collect live mollusks even by dredge if you are so inclined.
