The University of Calgary Press reports the following:

So, you can buy a box of hard covers (6 copies) for a total of $47
(includes shipping) or a box of soft covers (16 copies) for a total of
$67 CAD.  This volume represents the proceedings of the 1995
International Symposium on the Paleobiology and Evolution of the
Bivalvia hosted at the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology.  The
book is 461 pages with an index, and features 30 papers including the
now classic paper by Tom Waller: Origin of the molluscan Class
Bivalvia and a phylogeny of major groups.
