Have you checked your order via the section - on the bottom left?

No idea about them - US web site - but other than that - who knows
who runs it and were from.  I didn't poke around.
Check the site - check your order via site.  See if they have
a contact.  Don't expect them to remember your email when it is
another person processing or shouldn't have private info.

We can hope all is well.
