Two come to mind, the anniversary Darwin exhibit that was in DC at the Natural History Museum and the other one that is a perminate display is at the Houston Museum(I think of Natural Science). The Houston display is cool because you walk through time. It doesn't hit you over the head but lays out the eons from Stromatolites on ward with fossils, video displays, and artist renditions ancient animals. I would say the layout is even better than the Natural History Museum in London.
