This weekend is the Broward Shell Club's 49th Annual Shell Show - Saturday, January 18, 2014 10am - 6pm and Sunday, January 19, 2014 10am - 4pm.

Winter has arrived in south Florida! It is expected to be 66 degrees F during the day and 49 degrees F at night (brrr!).

Scientific Judges are: Jerry Harasewych, Wayne Harland, Dr. Ed Petuch. Artistic Judges are: Anne Joffe, Jae Kellogg.

A multitude of scientific and artistic awards are presented. Many vendors present. Come see Sonny Ogden's 3' 2", 328 pound Tridacna gigas (self-collected)! Shell Show Chairperson is Alice Pace.
