Years ago I lost all the image links on Access
2000. Poof, gone. I decided then to keep images
in a separate file or database without linking. I
switched to Filemaker but for images, I just use
WIN 7 Explorer's "extra large icons" and label
the files with the species name preceded
sometimes with a two-letter code to denote
subfamily or genus. WIN is slow when sorting a large folder, but bearable.
