It is called Fed-Ex.  Might have been a shark.  Stone fish.  Lion Fish.
Brave new world out there.  Build a reef tank and populate it.

Had to be a tough one for the ER docs.  Consider suckers attached 
everywhere .....
Put in a scope and see a beak!
