I hesitate to report that all my shell collecting dreams have been wet
dreams! I find thousands of shells in my dreams and most are Cypraea of
undetermined species usually in the size range of huge C. tigris, and
extremely large Volutidae (15"-18").
I often come across some other sheller's cache of illegally taken
shells, which I naturally collect in order to protect him/her from
prosecution. ( This is no lie... I have dreamt that scenario several
times ). Analyze that !
I am a snorkeler only, so all my shell dreams occur in shallow water,
but most of my dream shells come from caves or under coral slabs.
I must go fondle my shells.
