Alan,
 
I have issue no. 23 (November 23, 1997) in front of me now. In the
editorial, there is a statement that there will be no more acceptance of
annual subscriptions.  Also, it is stated that the first issue of 1998 will
be mailed to all 1997 subscribers.   I have not gotten any  newer issues.
Looks like another magnificent magazine is no more.
