As Betty suggests, the way to announce the availability of a new list is to
post a short note, and or include two or three lines of text with your
signature.  Posting sales lists or other commercial adds is not permitted
on CONCH-L.  The subscribers to the list are aware of this limitation and
so I am sure the sales list that appeared on conch-l did so by mistake.
