Thanks for the very welcome comments.
 
Greenwoodoconcha is an endemic genus to Norfolk Island, it stood with
Allenoconcha, Iredaleoconcha, Pittoconcha and Nancibella under the family
Microcystidae but now under Helicarionidae. Greenwoodoconcha nux could be
described as 'nondescript'. People used to compare Norfolk Island with New
Zealand on superficial grounds and there were regular shipping links
between the two places from the 1860s (Melaneasian Mission ship). I
wouldn't be surprised that a collection from Norfolk was later carelessly
labelled 'New Zealand'. There are no close snail relationships in common
between New Zealand and Norfolk Island. Fiji and New Caledonia seem to be
the closest bets.
