Dear Kurt and Doug;-
You must consider that the growing plethora of Phd candidates are
always in constant search of something to do a disertation on. It may be
less than important untill the candidate shows what he can do with it.
Then candidate "B" will come along and earn his degree by showing that
Candidate "A" was missing a few cards in his deck, and failed to
consider the (now accepted, though unpublished) findings of candidate
"C".
What I'm thinking of doing is getting a group of us retired teachers to
find out if any of us can pass the 9th grade proficiency test.
Happy Thursday.
