I suppose you are talking about my notice giving major articles in the
new issue of IHSN rather than the actual IHSN sections:
I gave only the URL to the Portal (opening page)as I am notorious for
making errors in URLs, which is quite easy and I didn't want to send too
long an Email. I tried copying the index links on page 2 of the portal,
but it doesn't retain the actual links. There are three sections each
month with a number of articles. There are four months issues on line
each month. Having a list of all articles would be excessively long and
have so many links that there would be many URL errors (ask my
reviewers). With the present system, I can check links before putting
the links on line (sections are on the new URL at the time and the page
2 index HTML not on line can test links. Also there is the problem of
doing the actual IHSN by myself (with articles by readers, contributors,
and review of articles by IHSN reviewers) making time short. Each
reader has their own category of articles they are interested in.
