Be careful and test.  Bleach is weak hydrochloric and it is known to
turn some
colors white or off color. Mixing chlorides with water generates it.

Stomaches are fantastic organs since they can handle such a wide range from
strong bases to acids.  It is a digestion expert of sorts.

Might be a lye based soap that breaks it down.

Sounds like a lab experiment to me.  Perhaps 3M needs another glue :-)

which brings up - how about super glue THINNER.  Not the glue but what
un-glues it!
There are tubes of gel like solvent you use on fingers to get it off.
