Hi Luigi,

There is no holotype of Conus genuanus. It was published in Syst. Nat. 10th ed. (1): p. 714, no 260 but not pictured.
Lectotype representative (Kohn) figure in Rumphius, 1705, pl. 34 fig. G.

Brest regards,

Paul Kersten

Dear Conchologists,
I am looking for some informations on the holotype of Conus genuanus
Linnaeus: where is it placed? where is it possible to find its
picture/drawing?
Thanks to all.
Luigi Bozzetti
