Dearl all, In Cuba Melanoides tuberculata is an introduced species. It was
discovered for the firts time in 1983 in Hanabanilla Lake, Villa Clara
province and the Batabano municipality, Havana province. Its distribution
is limited to Central and Western Cuba.
