Hey Carole,

If you go to http://www.starr.net/is/type/kbh.html you will find directions
on using diacritical marks in MS Word.  They have set up a system that is
pretty easy to use once you've tried it.  If you want a ü, then hit control,
shift, colon, then release and hit u.  If you want â, then press control,
shift, ^, then release and hit a.  Anyway, there is a handy chart you can
download and print for reference.  Good luck,
