The papers were published as part of Walkerana, as well as in a
separate volume. The website for Walkerana is a bit insubstantial, as
it is in the process of being transferred to the Freshwater Mollusk
Conservation Society, but it lists jbburch2004 at yahoo.com as a
contact address.

A not so great scan of an older version of the same work is available
at http://nepis.epa.gov/Exe/ZyPURL.cgi?Dockey=10004R98.txt

I'm not sure how they managed to get one page mirror-reversed.
