In my collection I have six lots of Oliva reticularis which should all be
collected in Florida.

One specimen is from Light House Beach, Sanibel, another two from Marco
Island and a freak specimen from Ft.Meyers. Besides that I have three lots
juveniles from Delray, Dania and Jupiter. All from the same source and all
together with juvenile bifasciata and bollingi.

However, according to Ed Petuch Oliva reticularis is never found in
Florida! The one from Sanibel and Marco could be originally from the
Bahama's. The freak one came from a lot with five freak sayana, so
somebody could have put them together. The three lots of juveniles could
have been mixed up too.

It is curious to have so many presumable mixed lots from Florida. To be
sure forever: has any of the readers ever found Oliva reticularis in
Florida?
