For those who are having trouble finding where you add a signature to
outgoing e-mail in MS Outlook Express:
 
Go to:  Compose...Stationery....Signature Button (at bottom).  Type in
desired signature and check box or not depending on whether you want the
signature appended to ALL outgoing messages (if you don't you can insert it
from the Compose Message window after it is typed). Be sure you click on
"Apply" button before closing window.
