This is the comment of last email

1) In DSSAT model for N load , only NBAL.OUT and Summary.OUT are
explained.NLCC is found in N bal.out file not in NITROGEN.OUT.

2) Answer is confusing every time, so which one is fact.

3) You asked  about the Total nitrogen and ammonium.In this regards,Total
nitrogen is sum of Nitrate N, Ammonium N and Organic N. So difference
between nitrate and total nitrogen may be ammonium or organic N.
