Dear All,

The codes for most of the DSSAT variables are defined in the *.CDE files,
which can be located in the DSSAT35 directory. TAMP and TAVG are defined
as follows:

TAMP Temperature amplitude, monthly averages, C
TAV Temperature average for whole year, C

DSSAT also includes the WeatherMan utility program which calculates both
TAMP and TAV based on long-term weather data. TAMP and TAV are used as
inputs for the soil temperature calculations.

Regards,

GH
