Rosi,

You already have a wonderful network of ratings for shell dealers; you're
on Conch-L!  Word of mouth is a dealer's best rating.   Bill is sure right
that a perfect dealer for one person is not perfect for the next
necessarily; there is a lot to consider, like will 'your' dealer take the
time and interest to get to know what you like, your preferences and
quirks, etc?
