When we moved from California to Florida we put cotton in and around the lip of
each shell...put them in a plastic box so they could not move.   Some we wrapped
in tissue and packed in moving boxes....again nice and tight so they cannot move.

Ellen:  I have a 25 mm Typhis pinnatus from the Berry Islands.  If you are
familiar with Tom Rice's catalog....rarity is often benchmarked by what it sells
for.   T. triangularis is now going for $10-$25 and T. pinnatus for $20-$35.

You certainly have a good find there!
