To Mark and other interested parties,  Your comments are well founded as
far as North Sea dumping is concerned, even though the sewage has always
been treated. You will be interested to know however that by December 1998
there will be' No Sewage Dumped' by any of the EEC member countries,- all 
sewage will have to be incinerated. Here in Belfast , Northern Ireland, for
example our rate payers have had to find £120million for the incinerator
which is in its final stages of construction. The cost throughout Europe
must be astronomical.  Is incineration used a lot in the US ?
