Hi Julie,

I don't know about the other species, but getting frozen Strombus gigas
should be easy. About every other restauarant in the Florida Keys has it on
the menu in some form or another. I'll bet you could find a seafood
distributor in Florida that would ship you frozen queen conch. Just be sure
to order extra so you can make chowder and fritters too. And lay in the
ingredients for sides of cole slaw and peas 'n' rice. Science is all well and
good, but dinner is nice too....
