Not a shell museum, but Mote Aquarium in Sarasota has a mollusk hall
with giant squid, two cases of shells (exhibit by the Sarasota Shell
Club), live scallops and other mollusks, live cuttlefish. There's also
a touch tank with Triplofusus (horse conchs), Busycons and other local
shells and a grass flat tank which has a live helmet, cowries, and
many other mollusks, all collected locally. It's a great shelling
adventure.

Seattle Aquarium also has lots of living mollusks in their tanks.
