According to Gofas 2001 (The systematics of Pyrenean and Cantabrian
Cochlostoma
(Gastropoda, Cyclophoroidea) revisited, J.Nat.His.) the name is a manuscript
name (never published) and name is given in the synonym list under C.
bicostulatum Gofas, 1989 as:

Cochlostoma azpeitianum Ortiz de Zarate in coll. Altimira (fide de Raven,
1990) .
