Right - but fresh water they normally sink to the bottom and die.
Can't get enough flow in the gills.

We replaced an small amount - ounce ? - every day.  It was a good
sized tank as they were 4-5" in diameter.

Once fresh - they ported to other tanks with fresh water fish and
were sold to a delightful collector.
