Without doubt we have had a bad time with Mother Earth.
I think some of it also comes from an evil dictator burning hundreds
of oil wells.  And the acid naturally comes naturally with volcanic action.
Notice we are building new islands near Japan and a new to be Big Island of
Hawaii.  South East Asia volcanoes have been causing issues, Italy, and
of late, Iceland really boiling forth.  The massive brown spot over
South East Asia has to take credit for some and the acid rains in
North America and Europe.

Oddly, with all of the shaking fingers and quaking boots about the seas
rising 20' or more - the island/atoll I lived on still is above water
and the coral head doesn't grow from below.

Without doubt, we have a lot of rubber and plastic in float - cargo ships
crossing the Pacific are bashed and sometimes loose cargo storage or whole
ships.  It would seem that this is packable by robot.  It circulates in
the currents or pools in a pond.

We just took delivery of a tall mast in the Indian Ocean.  Wonder where
that will land and carry with it from another distant landing.  Sea worms
and snails attach easily. Various green 'stuff' will grow and transport.
(remember the young lady who tried to circumnavigate)

I also wonder what we do when we send a missile into the sky.  While I
support a lot of it, some isn't needed or could be limited / multi-purposed.

Yep - Texas has a Navy - and "Don't mess with oceans" :-)
