I got some specimen, but I found different names

In Alan Robin's book Encyclopedia of Marine gastropods Page 461
the name is Acteon flammeus(Bruguiere,1789)

In G.T.Poppe's book Philippine Marine Mollusks III Page 38
the name is Acteion cebuanus Lan,1985

What is the differrence ? if they are the same species, Which name is
valid ?
