except that the 30/40 specimens that I consider B. lima can be definitely
separated from other foliata morphologically, even the juveniles.  Perhaps
that is just these from the Astrolabe Reefs of Fiji, but they do not fit with
specimens that are otherwise definitely foliata.
It's a difficult group, and I await the experts' final decisions.
