Don't know about Kuwait, but I travel to Qatar (next door) every
year.  The beaches are quite uninteresting there.  No shells or
stones or anything else... However, there is quite a bit of fishing
in the Persian (or Arabian) Gulf...there must be shell fish some
where.  Let me know.  I am going back in March 2012.
