Helmut added these names to the list:
 
Capulus ungaricus
Natica stercusmuscarum
 
"Stercusmuscarum" translates more or less as "flyspeck" (the direct
translation is a bit cruder, but that was probably the intended sense).
What is the joke in Capulus ungaricus ("Hungarian swordhilt"), Helmut? An
odd place to find a Capulus, to be sure... And who was the author of these
jokes?
