Hi, David!

It's Radix auricularia coreana. This subspecies is fairly common here on Jeju Island, and I have several lots in my collection. Misspellings of species names occur occasionally in the literature here.

(It's 5:00 A.M. here and I am currently watching the third place game between Brazil and the Netherlands.)

All the best from Korea!
Ron Noseworthy

 Does anyone have a handy
copy of Korean Shells in Colour that they can check?  The
Korean National Library website claims that pl. 20 features
Redix auricularia coreana, which would be a misspelling of
Radix, but the error could be with the website.
