Dear list,
I apologize in advance, but I have a GAZILLION Questions.......

Can anyone help me on dredging and trapping methods of collecting? I live
in So. California (Pasadena) so I am not far from the water. Does anyone
have pictures, sketches, etc. on dredges and traps. Are there any
techniques I need to know? What can I hope to get in my area? Other nearby
areas? What is good bait? What should I not try?

What about other related collecting methods? I read with great interest
about the tangle-netting adventures of the guy in the Philippines. (wish I
had been a more mature collector while I was there for a year!!) Does that
work here? How / Where do I do it?

What do I need to make my equipment?

What did I forget to ask????

Sorry for the flood of questions, but I am at the point where I have run out
of answers on my own.

I appreciate the time it takes to answer, and thank all who do in advance,

Jim
