Dear Conch-Lers,

Windows 3.1 is not Y2K compliant.  Everyone who has a computer with a 486
CPU or less may have BIOS problems (basic imput output system).  ROM BIOS
tells the computer how to access the disk drives.  I understand a version
of Norton 2000 will correct the problem.  Going to the keys today.
