Well it looks like all the pieces fell into place and we are Panama bound
Dec, 1-5.. tickets in  hand, details worked through. Will be toes in sand in
only two weeks. thank you all for your help , and the rumor of James Ernest
being 80 + he's actually 51 . sounds like a real nice guy and has a bunch of
great trips put together which include a trip to san blas for snorkling and
dredging, some beach walking at his spots and more dredging , a trip to a
few nice snorling areas and a few secret spots . man only 2 wk. to wait.
