SEMS are wonderful surface machines. Not optical but electron scatter
sensing.
The company I worked for developed two designs for semiconductor IC work.
It would be good to see surface texture and if it had good software
maybe materials.
The Nano shells - those 1/1000 that of the MICRO those 1/1000 that of
Milli shells would
be easy to get picture of the shape and perhaps shading.
I think most of us would want a BIO-Medical 3 port scope. One for a camera.
