Could it be Donacilla cornea (Poli, 1795) in the family Mesodesmatidae?

This shell was found beached, after winter storms, on NW. coast of Gulf
of Lion, W. Mediterranean.
I cannot rattach it to anythink I know. Any idea?
Length is 18,5mm.
