Subject: Gar Scales
Happy First Day of Fall!
This is an odd question for a scientific collector to ask. But a member of our church asked me to dye some gar scales for her. I tried Rit - got a yucky shade, bleached that out and am now trying Dylon. As a last resort I will get some acryllic paint and paint them. Can anyone tell me how one colors gar scales?
Thanks,
Linda
P.S. What are the dates of the next convention?
