It seems reasonable. If you think different, you might want to
zoom in a bit closer.
Degree and minute seem to correspond on a mid Pacific point from memory.
When I got my GPS out and plotted my house on it - where am I function -
and did the same in Google Earth - I put the cursor ...
North Degree Minutes seconds Agreed to the rounded tenth of a second.
So I would think if you are trying to point to a beach or a coral head
or lake...
It would be well to say Degree Minute and second. No decimal second.
It would appear that they took off the depth of water over the oceans.
