I've found Cerion processum in Bahamas, crawling in coral near the wave's splash area, meaning it
was all salty. I know Cerion must be more resistant to salt than other snails, but these are on the
extreme end of resistance!

Well just to add to the list of odd places one finds snails: in Japan, the genus Stenothyra is found
only in near-boiling water in sulphurous hot springs. This I guess is analogous to a hot-vent
environment, though with beer and squid-based snacks somewhat closer by.
