A great article / chapter including a good number of elegant line drawings
of live-collected ranellid larvae and larval shells was published by Laursen
in 1981. A quick search for possible versions of the chapter online did not
yield good results, but I could be proven wrong.

Definitely not, but I can't say that this is a diagnostic character
at the species level. The early teleoconch seems to be the clincher
in this instance.
