not disagreeing, mine is a quick response too, but i think we would
have to read the whole article critically.
unless things have changed in the last few years, Ecology is just
about the most prestigious/selective peer-reviewed journal in the
field itself and they wouldnt print it unless they felt it highly
robust and significant research.
